Our Providers - Tania Hall, MD

Dr. Tania Hall was born and raised in Alaska. She graduated from Chugiak High School and attended University of Alaska Fairbanks where she competed on the women’s basketball team and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry magna cum laude with leadership honors. She was an Alaska WWAMI student and was able to complete much of her medical training in Alaska through the partnership with University of Washington School of Medicine. She completed OBGYN residency at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME where she received the Medical Student Teaching Award two years in a row as well as the Outstanding Ambulatory Practice Award during her chief year.

Dr. Hall joined Alaska Women’s Health in 2015 and is thrilled to be back home, in Alaska with family and friends. Her clinical interests include both high and low risk obstetrics, breast feeding, contraception, comprehensive women’s reproductive health, adolescent gynecology, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery including robotics, managing abnormal pap smears, colposcopy and medical education.

Dr. Hall’s hobbies include hiking, cross country running, backcountry skiing, bowling, knitting, spending time with friends and family, enjoying her husband’s homebrew/cooking and chasing after her adorable son.
