Alia Parker, ANP, FNP-C
Ali is a fifth generation Alaskan who was born and raised in Anchorage. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington University where she designed her own degree in public health. During her time as an undergraduate student she was awarded a competitive grant to spend an academic year independently studying women’s health issues and advocacy in Guatemala and Peru. Upon graduating with her Bachelor’s degree she went on to work at a family planning clinic and, more recently, worked as a medical scribe at Alaska Women’s Health. It was during her time as a scribe at AWH that she confirmed her calling as a women’s health care provider. She went on to receive her Masters of Science from Seattle University in 2015, graduating as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is very honored to be back at Alaska Women’s Health joining the team of providers.
In her free time, Ali’s favorite activity is distance running. She also enjoys Nordic skiing, hiking, and spending time with her family.
Ali welcomes Spanish-speaking patients.
