Our Providers - Katie Ostrom, M.D.

Dr. Ostrom began her medical education in Texas at Baylor College of Medicine and completed her residency training at the University of New Mexico, serving her last year as Chief Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Following residency, Dr. Ostrom moved to Anchorage in 2006 to work at the Alaska Native Medical Center prior to joining Alaska Women's Health. She joined Alaska Women's Health in April 2009.

Dr. Ostrom is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a special interest in high risk obstetrics and urogynecology. She speaks fluent Spanish and welcomes Spanish speaking patients.

Outside of the office, Dr. Ostrom is an avid road and mountain biker, loves adventure and endurance racing and is learning to play the violin.
